Return Policy

We fully stand behind all our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any item you buy from us, please fill out and print the Return Slip and follow the Return Instructions below. We will issue your refund as soon as the merchandise is received by our Returns Department.

Return Instructions:

  • If your order is made online, please print this Return Slip.
  • Please indicate the reason for return.
  • Please return the items in original packaging.
  • Please add printed return slip in or on the box.
  • Do not Staple, Tape or Glue anything on actual products.

You can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition with its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Each returned item will be inspected prior to refunding. If the returned item is not in new, unused, or resalable condition there may be applicable restocking fees. All credit card companies and banks post credits in a different timeline. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Free Shipping Return Policy

Free shipping items that are returned will be charged a 10% initial shipping fee to cover for the Free Shipping expenses. This fee is in addition to any restocking fees assessed.

Outdoor Cushions and Pillows Return Policy

All our Sunbrella Outdoor Cushions and Pillows are Custom Made on Order. Therefore there is a 30% Restocking Fee on All returned Cushions and Pillows. All return shipping costs will also be at the customer's expense.

Holiday Items return and refund policy

We have an extended return policy for early holiday shoppers.
All orders received after November 1, 2009 have a return period ending January 31, 2010.
